Multi-activity team building
Discover our water-based multi-activity challenge on almost all the beaches in the SOUTH of France, from Marseille to Monaco, via Cannes, Nice and Saint Tropez.
This multi-activity water sports challenge is organised on a beautiful private or public beach, adapted to your group and your time constraints.
After welcoming the group to the site, our team gives the all-important safety briefing. The teams are then allocated to the various activities on offer, under the watchful eye of the activity leaders, who record their performance.
Our team building activities by the sea
Kayak: you’ve heard of the relay, but have you heard of the hilarious ‘kayak-polo’ version?
Raft of the Medusa: the aim is to assemble different pieces to build your raft, then obtain your certificate of seaworthiness and complete a nautical course.
Fountain maker: using pierced utensils and, above all, your team spirit, you have to fill a jar as quickly as possible. Is it easy?
Catamaran: after an introduction to sailing, it’s time to set and time your course between a number of buoys!
Beach volleyball: this is undoubtedly the most invigorating event on the programme, but it’s always a big hit with participants who like to move around in good spirits!
Blind paddle: complete a paddle course in pairs, with the paddler blindfolded and his or her buddy sitting next to him or her to show the way.
Zodiac orienteering race: take to the open sea to find the markers you’re looking for in as little time as possible.
Caterpillar buoys: the whole team meets up on the water to complete an incredibly fun course using large inflatable buoys linked together.
Sand sculpture: sand, water, creativity… and you get some amazing creations as a team!
Team building on the beach like no other
At the end of the activities, we compile the results and present the trophy to the winning team, to the applause of the other teams, who are delighted to have had a great time in this idyllic setting!
We also offer other options to enhance your half-day or full-day activities: aperitifs, lunch or dinner on the beach.
Other workshops are also available on the beach: Provençal syrup tasting, giant Mikado, tamgram, Tower of Babel, pétanque…
The workshops can be adapted to suit your chosen destination – Marseille, Nice, Cannes, Saint Tropez, Monaco… – and your seminar theme.
This team-building solution is ideal for bringing a group together during the summer months, and is perfectly suited to very mixed groups to maximise everyone’s participation.
A multi-activity incentive
This activity can also be organised as an incentive if you want to reward your staff by offering them a special time on a private beach with a range of à la carte activities in which participants are free to take part.
With no notion of a challenge, a wide range of activities over half a day or a full day is on offer.
The programme includes snorkelling, jet skiing, scuba diving, zodiac discovery, light sailing, paddle boarding and many other activities depending on the sites selected.
We are committed to paying a double carbon offset to the Goodplanet Foundation for any use of motorised equipment on our activities.
