A life-size team-building getaway
Inspired by the famous “escape game” concept, this life-size role-playing game puts everyone in your team to the test on a variety of themes. The aim of this fun and original activity is to stimulate your staff by presenting them with different enigmas that they will have to solve in teams. But don’t forget, the clock is ticking! The idea is to use all the skills of the people in your team to complete your mission and win.
As a provider of team-building and incentive activities in the South of France, we offer you our services in the design (scriptwriting), staging (creation of sets, props, soundtrack, etc.) and production of your tailor-made escape games. To ensure that each participant is interested in taking part in the game, it is important to keep the duration fairly short, from one hour to 2 hours maximum. The main advantage of this activity lies in its ability to develop group cohesion and communication in a very short space of time, thanks in particular to the amount of information to be managed, the limited space available and the need to develop a strategy quickly. As the aim is generally to get out of a room, we can modify the team building so that the objective becomes, for example, solving a murder, finding treasure or saving the world.
A team-building activity that can be customised and adapted
We want to spice up the concept to make it a team building event adapted to everyone’s needs, so we can customise your team outing to suit your accommodation and/or premises.
Our sets can be adapted to a wide variety of immersive environments, ranging from classic hotel rooms to cinematic, futuristic or even old-fashioned settings. Our equipment is transportable, so it’s possible to organise this activity throughout the SOUTH of France, from Monaco to Marseille, via Saint Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Aix-en-Provence and all the other towns and villages in the surrounding area.
Over the years, we have also developed a variant of this immersive team building activity, halfway between the “escape game” and the famous “murder party”. Adding a human dimension to this escapism activity or mission to save the planet, among others, takes on its full meaning. The acting of our professional comedians brings a much more real and credible touch to the team building activity, allowing your employees to project themselves more fully. The team building activity becomes all the more fun and original, with plenty of twists and turns and plenty of laughs guaranteed!
A digital version and a charity version
This team-building programme can be put together in a variety of ways:
- A digital solution: following the Covid-19 crisis, we have rethought, recreated and/or adapted some of our programmes, such as the “team out”, so that they can be offered online, everyone at their own computer in their own living room or office. It’s a simple, challenging and, above all, fun way of keeping staff together.
- A charitable solution: whether you choose the face-to-face or remote version, you have the opportunity to combine a fun team-building activity with a concrete charity initiative. The aim of the activity is simple: to work together towards a common goal, which is to raise as much money as possible to donate to a charity that you have chosen together in advance. You are free to set the amount of the donation according to your wishes and possibilities. Federate by acting for others and/or for sustainable development.
