A creative, colourful team building experience!
Painting is a fantastic medium for your imagination and artistic talents! So it was only natural that several years ago we developed our “team paint” concept: an artistic, creative team-building activity accessible to all, consisting of the creation of a fresco painted by teams.
Following a personalised theme, in line with your values and/or the themes addressed during your seminar, our painters suggest that the group create a giant fresco.
Divided into small groups, your employees will create canvases under the expert artistic guidance of one or more of the coaches present. Once the canvases have been completed, they are assembled on a giant structure, giving the group a monumental and original work of art.
It’s a fun and relaxing way to build team spirit, self-confidence and creativity, without putting participants in competition with each other. In fact, the main aim of this activity is to unite your group around a common objective: a fresco that represents their values and themselves!
An urban alternative through photography
As this is a highly unifying concept with a strong emotional commitment, we decided to adapt it in the form of an urban team building rally. How? Simply by using vintage Polaroid cameras.
Using the camera in question and divided into teams, you take part in this retro-futuristic team building event by creating a real work of art using a set number of photos based on a theme previously defined together.
Once the photos have been taken, the participants mount their masterpiece using a large Polaroid photo the size of a standard painting as a backdrop. The final result can be unique to each team or a common objective, like a painting version, i.e. once all the Polaroid canvases have been placed side by side, the photos highlight a logo, a shape or a message predefined together.
This team-building solution not only strengthens team spirit, it also allows you to discover a town or village by letting the creativity of each member of the team shine through. To do this, we provide a map of the chosen town with all the tourist attractions so that you can wander freely through the narrow streets.
Depending on the theme chosen, the photos taken will have to show a shape, convey a message or other. A great way to leave a lasting impression and take home a souvenir of your group!
