A Team Building solution to meet the challenges of the 21st century
The entire scientific community agrees that the 21st century will force humankind to adapt to radical changes brought about by human activity.
Global warming linked to greenhouse gas emissions, the increasing scarcity of mineral resources, the depletion of fish and freshwater resources, the increase in various forms of pollution, etc., will inevitably lead each of us, at the very least, to leave our comfort zone.
So it’s high time we relearned the life-saving gestures, or “survivor” behaviours, as those who subscribe to the “collapsing” theory would say!
More modestly, this “team versus wild” program consists of immersing your team in a natural environment, in complete safety and with appropriate supervision, enabling everyone to reveal their true nature, to do their best for the benefit of a collective project: how to survive in the wild or Team vs Wild!
A useful eco-friendly team building solution
Your group is welcomed in a beautiful natural setting and immediately invited to perform an appropriate muscle warm-up.
Our coach then gives the group the safety instructions and rules of the game they need to successfully complete the team building activity.
Finally, in the last preparatory step, the group is divided into homogeneous teams, each of which gives itself a name and devises a battle cry.
All set? Then it’s time for a fun and educational eco-responsible challenge – without cell phones or connected devices, of course!
Each team will learn how to live sustainably and autonomously in a natural environment!
Our guides will teach you in turn:
- How to find your way without a compass or GPS,
- How to help an injured person by making a stretcher,
- How to protect yourself from rain and wind by building a shelter,
- How to light a fire without a lighter or match.
If timing permits, other options can be added to this team building program, such as purifying a water supply.
Beyond the winning team, everyone feels the satisfaction of having found vital solutions as a team.
