A head and legs Team Building solution
This multi-activity challenge, which can be completed over a half or full day, calls on the talents of each team member to overcome various physical and mental challenges. The idea behind this activity is to bring out the “cerebral” and “physical” strengths of all the team members. In this way, each participant feels the satisfaction of making his or her contribution to the team’s ultimate success.
The key events in this team-building solution include :
- The orienteering course: which can be organised in a variety of ways, the aim of this course is to develop the team’s orienteering skills in the great outdoors. Using a compass, the aim is to find a certain number of markers carefully placed by our team in the 4 corners of the chosen playing field.
- Running: this team-building activity always includes a short connecting route to the next stage or the finish line!
- The nautical event: this essential and refreshing event can be adapted according to your group’s expectations around a kayak relay, a paddle challenge or other fun workshops. Its originality lies in the coordination of movements and the ability to listen to your team-mates!
- The skill course: a fun and challenging agility test that requires the support of your team-mates and a good dose of mutual aid.
A 100% natural environment
This semi-sporty team-building solution can be adapted to different playgrounds in the SOUTH of France: Cannes and its famous Sainte Marguerite island, Nice and Monaco in our magnificent hinterland, Marseille and Bandol in the incredible Calanques National Park or the Sainte Baume massif, or Aix en Provence with its famous Sainte Victoire mountain.
This team-building challenge allows you to discover the nuggets of our region in a natural environment of high quality and above all very well preserved.
We attach particular importance to the choice of locations, which plays as much a part in the final success of the activity as the workshops chosen.

As with many of our team building solutions, we encourage you to opt for the charity version of the programme. The principle of the activity remains the same, the only difference being that participants collect money for a charity for each beacon found and according to their success in the physical workshops.
The aim of this team-building activity is therefore based on the group’s joint results rather than on competition between teams. Each beacon found and each physical performance achieved will help to increase the prize fund earmarked for the noble cause you are defending.
