Designed and produced by WE ACTEAM over 20 years ago, this outdoor team-building solution has proved its worth over and over again.
The programme offers 3 activities on the same site: climbing, abseiling and zip-lining.
Other optional activities include archery, blowpipe shooting and skill workshops.
A team-building solution that's both land-based and aerial, with sea views!
Depending on the timing and size of the group, the following activities can be carried out either one after the other or concurrently.
The programme begins with the handing over of specific equipment (harness) and a briefing on safety instructions, then gives way to the activities, which take place on a natural promontory facing the Grande Bleue, with a 180° panorama between Monaco and Cannes, via Nice.
Introduction to rock climbing: your mountain guide invites you to take to the heights on ‘school’ rocks, which are easy to climb. Your arms, legs and above all your head will be put to good use as you move upwards. Thanks to an adapted safety device, the climber can be supported by his colleague under the watchful eye and attentive advice of the mountain guide, who ensures that the safety instructions are applied. Thanks to this “climber/insurer” combination, this activity is resolutely team building!
Abseiling: the next logical step in a crescendo of thrills, abseiling, which is always done facing the sea, is a little more ‘aerial’ than the previous activity. Unlike climbing, abseiling involves descending a wall. Comfortably installed in your harness, you mainly use your feet to descend gradually, at your own pace, and in safety thanks to your guide who backs up your descent. As part of the basic programme, the abseiling descent is around 15 metres long, but there is also the option of a 50-metre long abseiling descent: hot down below!
Tyrolean traverse: for this activity, neither legs nor arms are called upon!
This is undoubtedly the most aerial part of the programme, and the sensations are great for those who go down the zip line, while the rest of the group is guaranteed to enjoy the show! This zip line, perched above Monaco with a plunging view of the rock, links 2 walls separated by a canyon. Your mountain guides will be on hand to guide you at the start and finish of the zip line.
A team-building solution with high emotional impact
This programme allows the expression of healthy emotions, thanks to the content of the activities on offer, but also thanks to the specific supervision and the beautiful natural setting. There’s no such thing as a team challenge, but this is a very team-building programme, because it’s both the team and each of the participants who are satisfied with what they’ve experienced. The participants are unanimous in stating that most of them would not have succeeded in the activities without qualified supervision and the comforting and motivating presence of the team. Finally, even those who suffer from vertigo can take part in part of the programme and are therefore not sidelined.
What’s more, our qualified mountain guides are also on hand to raise participants’ awareness of the issue of sustainable development and, more specifically, the need to protect the surrounding flora and fauna for our present and future generations.
